Youth Sports Massage

Athletes of all ages benefit from therapeutic massage. Young athletes have a unique set of individual needs and challenges to consider in providing massage therapy to support their developing bodies.  Pre-Event and Post-Event Sports Massage techniques are designed to prepare the muscles prior to and assist in the recovery following competitive sporting events. The primary focus of Maintenance Massage is to maintain flexibility and optimal health to prevent injury while off-season and/or in between sporting events and activities.  Rehabilitative Sports Massage is utilized for the treatment of sports injuries (acute and chronic).
